Located at the heart of our production and export power, our facility in Dörtyol, Hatay, nestled among the greenery, comprises 34,000 m² of land, 14,000 m² of which is indoor space. With our 2,200 m² cold storage and quick-freezing rooms, we ensure the freshness and shelf life of our products. We integrate high-technology into our production with eight ripening machines with a 3,000-ton capacity, two automated citrus processing lines, and a solar energy system.
Thanks to our 12-line packaging system, powered by robotics and AI, which we commissioned in 2024, our daily processing capacity will reach 1,500 tons. With 108 cameras, we measure the internal and external quality of our products down to the millimeter, directing each product to the most suitable market. With this investment, we have increased our annual processing capacity tenfold.
At our Hatay facility, we manage the entire process in-house, from production to packaging; Thanks to our strategic supply network extending to Asia, Europe, North America and South America, we provide fresh products 12 months a year, seamlessly responding to our customers' needs.
